Holidays Pounds

Okay, be honest. How are you doing with the holiday weight gain? Are you resembling ol' Saint  Nick? If so, put down the brownie and slowly back away from the tray of cookies. You can easily be seduced by all the sweet treats surrounding you during the hoidays. If you haven't been eating your best , you are not alone. It's common to gain an extra 3 - 5 pounds over the holidays.
Why? For some it is pie and others it's the chocolate covered oreos. Instead of 1 slice you end up licking the pan clean. For others, it's the spiked egg nog (man just forget about eating for the next few days) or bottle of rum.

 How about you what's your weakness? Maybe it's the cheesecake or Red Velet cupcakes. New Year's is just around the corner, and there is tremendous potential for you to get off to a bad start.
